On a Windows 2003 Server SBE, with either the 2008 or 2009
version of the SolidNetwork License Manager installer, after
running the "setup.exe" from the "swlicmgr" folder, I come to the
"Welcome" screen with the option to click "Next" or "Cancel."
Clicking "Next" does nothing. I just sits there. I thought it was a 2009 bug, so I put the 2008 DVD back in to reinstall, but now 2008 does the same thing.
Do you have any idea what I must have broken?

Windows Installer error! I had to install 4.5, then it
worked! I assume that no one else on Earth has ever had this
problem since neither my vendor, nor SolidWorks themselves, nor
anyone on this forum had any clue what was wrong.
