All server files open read only

We did change the server name and IP after taking it off the domain, but reverted back to both and refreshed the license server -- it's allowing users to connect, just not access Solidwork drawings, toolbox, other files on the file server (same location as the license server -- the PDMWorks vault is also on this server). Users can save copies onto their local hard drives as well as to other file servers.

This is not a file server rights issue -- my userid has domain admin rights, and I can open other files on the server, but not Solidworks files.
