I have a 70in x 4in long piece of sheet metal, needing to cut out 6 identical patterns. All patterns are sketched onto the part, yet Extrude Cut will only let me cut out one (1), not all six (6) at the same time?

Welcome to the forum. When creating (or editing) the Cut feature, expand the Selected Contours section in the Property Manager and select the regions of the sketch you want to use.
..what they said.. try "Select Contours"... that is, it's most likely a open boundary which is causing the problem..
Are each of the patterns separate sketches? Or are they all one sketch?
Although you can cut all the contours at once, it is usually better to cut one and then pattern the cut feature.
What version do you have, you should be able to select Sketch areas/profiles...
