I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I'm having going from surface to a solid model.  I've been using Solidworks for a while but don't have a lot of experience with surfaces.   I have this Telecaster guitar neck pretty much where I want it using surfaces and now need to convert it to a solid model to complete it.  I've tried everything here on the forum related to this issue.  Using Surface Knit, I can knit to  surface but the 'convert to solid' option won't work.   The Thicken command, as some have suggested, doesn't do it either.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
