I have a part with about 15 different configurations, all of which are in one assembly. Any time ANY change is made to the part, it causes a ton of rebuild errors within the part and mate errors (conflicting/overdefining) all over the assembly. Each configuration of the part is a sweep (wire), which has several sketch relations within the assembly, so it is extremely complicated to track down the source of the errors. Can anyone recommend a way to find the problem?
When I say any change, i mean any change. For example, it was fine and then I changed the material, and that brought back all the same errors.
Thanks.
