2017 SP1.0 Installation Error

I reboot my computer and immediately run the SolidWorks Installation Manager.

I am trying to upgrade from 2017 SP-0 to 2017 SP-1.0 and get this...

I ignore and click OK. The update downloads and installation starts. I then get this...


Followed by this...

I know I can't be the first to encounter this.


I have rebooted (several times) rerun the installation manager and get the same results.

I have ended all instances of "msiexec.exe" in task manager/processes.

I have no key called HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\InProgress


Please advise on my next step.
