We are looking into a new desktop for our shop.  We use Solidworks for designing boats and smaller projects.  We are hoping to stay around the $5,000CAD or less while still getting a computer where we won’t have issues running the program for the next few years.  The only other important program we would run on the desktop is Rhino.  I did a quick build through the ‘PCCZone’ website and was wondering how well the following would do for performance and what changes I should look at making:

Professional Workstation / Intel® Xeon E5

2 x Intel Broadwell-EP Xeon E5-1650 v4 3.6GHz LGA2011-v3 Processor BX80660E51650V4 1585.54$
