While meshing this message shows me :-
but in actual there is no interference
Please suggest me what to to, thanks in advance.
My first suggestion is that likely you have some sort of self-intersection within one (or more) part(s). If the check shows no overlap within the assembly then you need to look deeper. You are going to have to narrow it down. Hopefully there is a large amount of duplicate parts in your conveyor so you can eliminate a lot of them quickly. If you know of any parts that are complex and/or have intricate features, head towards those first. If you can mesh the part then it is (probably) OK. Unfortunately, SW doesn't check for self-intersecting parts very well (except by meshing).
again thanks james
Please be sure to enable the 'Include multibody part interferences' option in the SOLIDWORKS 'Interference Detection' tool.
You can also refer to S-021187 in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base (KB) for additional suggestions on how to mesh your model. If this is urgent or if you get stuck, please contact your SOLIDWORKS Value Added Reseller (VAR) for further assistance. To get the most efficient help possible, send your VAR a SOLIDWORKS Rx Problem Capture with video that shows the behavior as well as your model files.
It is hard to find which one is fault. If the meshing prosses does not take to much time, you can suppress all parts and activate one by one remesh again.
With this way you will be able to find which part( contains multibody) has interferencing.
