I would like to provide a link to specification documents on a network drive. Is there any way to provide this link from SolidWorks Electrical as a hyperlink? I can provide the path in a field that could be copy and pasted but is there an easier way?

Sorry I should have been a bit clearer, I'm looking for a way to do this in SolidWorks Electrical Schematic and specifically I want to have this link stored in either the ERP data or the manufacturer part data so that it can be used in a report and is available for reference.
I'm not sure about linking from a MFR part, but here is a description of a new feature in 2017...

I am not aware of a method to apply hyperlinks to a symbol or mfr. part in the library however once a component is placed in a schematic hyperlinks can be created. I have attached an image to illustrate.
In Solidworks Help (search on 'hyperlink'; 'Hyperlinks in Notes' - 2nd one in my list) it looks like you can add a hyperlink in any note/document.
