Solidworks 2017 (also happened in 2016), when creating a dimension in a slddrw, once I place the dimension it pops up a Modify dialog that, when you roll the mouse wheel, changes the dimension. Right now it's only doing it on Angular dimension that I can tell. How do I turn this most annoying "feature" off?

I've spent about half an hour looking through help files and the innerwebs but can't seem to find the right search criteria.
