Pick the edges instead, the face runs out.
I picked edges. You can see this in my screenshot.
Try one edge at a time
Same result.
Instead of .75 mm I tried with 0.001 mm but the result is same.
Maha,,, I don't know how that was done in the video. Seems like you have done everything correctly. I did find, however, that you can use the face fillet. This works and you end up with the same result. I'm thinking the video was done with an earlier version of SW and SW2016 won't handle it for some reason. I did this with two face fillets. Perhaps someone can clue us in.

Because it is a helix, the edge runs out and becomes to narrow for any fillet to work.
You can see at the top, the top edge intersects itself as the helix intersects the top surface. The bottom edge will radius just fine. If you terminate the top thread edge the same way as the bottom it will work.
