Dear Richard,
thanks a lot your comments, I know the not available Replication & Web server component in PDM Standard, but can we use VPN through our abroad client to access vault. our data base mainly handled (95%) in here (locally). but drawing approval process task & order references(drawings) collecting in abroad. so this situation can be manage with PDM standard through VPN access to clients?

PDM standard can not replicate the archive (the solidworks files).
This means when the remote locations needs to edit files in SolidWorks, they will be copied to the remote location when starting the edit action, or if they where viewed. The user will be waiting for that to complete, a high upload speed for the main location is important here.
The file extension should have "reference files are needed for viewing" disabled in the remote location.
Latency should be below 125ms for browsing in the vault.
VPN is needed.
You might want to turn all addin refreshes off, or maybe even disable the addin. Disabling the addin requires the user to checkout files before opening.
