After updating to SW2017, McMaster Carr parts open in e-Drawings instead of SW

After updating to SW2017, McMaster Carr parts open in e-Drawings instead of SW. In the previous version (2016), I was able to open the file in SW2016 and then save it in a directory on our server.  I would then pull these McMaster parts into assemblies.

Does anyone know what I need to do to configure the saving options to have these parts open up in SW2017? When it opens the part in e-drawings, it shows it as being a .SLDPRT file, yet after saving it, I am unable to open it.  I even tried adding the ".SLDPRT" extension to the file name but then would not be able to open it.

Attached are some screenshots of what I am opening from McMaster and what I am seeing in the files trying to open from the directory.  Also, there is a screenshot of the options as to what file type to save the file as.

Thank you!
