how to write a macro to print a page once a week.

Long story short, we inherited a large plotter and when the shop was setting it up they suggested that we print something once a week to keep the head from gumming up with dried ink. Since we seldom use the plotter this could be a challenge. It was suggested that maybe we could write a macro to simply print the test page every Monday morning before work. But nobody here has ever written a macro other than recording some simple ones in SW. Where would I look to learn how to write this macro which I assume would be rather basic. And while I am sure someone here could probably do it fast, I would like to learn how to do it myself.

Thank you
