Just updated my eDrawings Pro on the iPad. The update mentioned that in addition to support for SW 2017 files, there is now support for Virtual Reality in addition to the old Augmented Reality.
Has anyone tested this functionality?
Only for iPhone as it needs Google Cardboard

Is the image supposed to be 3D?
The two images on the screen become one!
What is does it allows the model/image to rotate by moving your head around/up/down
Thanks Michael. I just bought a VR set, just to try this functionality. I am not extremely happy with the result. There seem to be no 3D stereoscopic effect.
Alin I would agree.
It really is more of a gimmick, using the motion of your head to control the view of the model, instead of your finger on the screen.

I hope that SOLIDWORKS has not spent too much money and resources on adding this functionality. Not having the 3D Stereoscopic effect, that has been available in the Desktop version since for ever, makes me wonder what is the point of calling this VR?
Does it come in red? And where is the lever on the side to change images?
