I'm trying to run costings on structural members but it seems impossible to include drill holes in the calculations.

I am using my own profile and material and have (as far as I know) set up the required process in the costing template for this material and drill bit, but whenever I try and run a costing I get the following errors:

-Tool size does not match with the hole size

-There is no template information for this tool

Drill hole costs show up as zero values.

I'm using the standard ANSI Metric 6mm drill and think I set up in the costing template every type of 6mm drill to work with my material in both the Mill and Drill sections.

It's beginning to seem as though this isn't currently possible.

Any help greatly appreciated.
