I have a "Design Library" part that has configurations, I need configuration specific note/dimension (used as a note) to show in the drawing. How can I achieve this?
You can add it as a configuration specific custom property. Depending on how many configs you have, may be easier to put it in as a design table. As an example, I've attached a rivet with size configurations. The design table allows for config specific part number and description. You can access the design table at the top configuration manager, right click and edit table. Or to add on go insert>tables>Design Table, you'll be prompted to include the config specific properties you want to show on the table.

Thank you for getting back to me. This information is not going into the title block. The dilemma I have is my design library part is cutting either a 3 side polygon bore or shaft that is per a DIN standard. I am trying to get the drawing auto dimension including the DIN standard note. Our goal is to keeping all the drawings with this feature with the same information. When I bring the design feature into the part to make the 3 sided polygon it does not carry over notes or design tables.
adding to what Bjorn suggested might be what you are looking for. Creating the custom property for each configuration will be the first step. Then when creating the drawing you can create a note and place it on the drawing and follow the steps in the screen shot below. With the note placed on the drawing, with leader if you desire go to the note property box and select "link to property" (2). In the dialog box select "Model found here" (3) and then go to the property drop down (4) to select the desired property. This will give you a note that is linked to the model and will change if you change the model. You could use Property Tab Builder to create a drop down with the specific DIN information if you are creating more parts that require specific properties (notes) with several different parts.
I know you can create custom blocks that would have the DIN standard in them and place them as well, I think you can link them too but I have never done it.
