Have you tried to do a repair of the SW installation ? (go to uninstall programs, select the Solidworks program and then select repair).
If not, I would try that.
But first, run the Copy settings wizard and save all your settings so that all your customization will not be reset.
Also, do you have an older Copy settings Wizard file saved from earlier?
If so, you can try to load that and see if it fixes the problem before you do the repair.
It may be that you inadvertently changed a setting that is causing the failure and restoring the settings to an earlier working state may fix it.
I periodically save my settings for this purpose (saving each time in different directories so I can step back to any of the earlier states).
If the Repair doesn't work you can try the SolidWorks RX program (in your Windows start menu ->under Solidworks -> tools).
That may tell you the problem or give you a direction.
I went down that path already. Next I will try to repair/re-install all the c++ redistributable packages.
did you managed to get this issue sorted?
im struggling with the same errors
I don't remember that I ever used SP3 but I did use SP1, SP2.x and now am still on SP5.
I had lots of problems before SP5 and one or more of the hot fixes for 2015 resolved some issues.
I still have all the hot fixes installed and am running SP5 without too many issues.
It was a few years ago when I did all that but I don't think my problems related to Feature Works (which I use / used a lot), but I might be wrong - it's been a while.
I would suggest trying to install SP5.
