I'm following this tutorial:

Unit 4: Simulation - Lesson 1: Motion Study - YouTube

I opened the Assembly "Kicker" (attached) into SolidWorks 2015-2016 and followed the steps outlined. When I got to the third turn of the gear, the two rods in the assembly flew out of their mated positions, as shown:

I'm new to SolidWorks, so I may be doing something wrong. Any ideas about what could be causing what I'm seeing?
