We recently upgraded to 2016 and I'm testing the new Set Revision feature. I understand I need to check the box for the workflow state AND the group permission. I can see the option to Set Revision in the Modify Text menu. But when the dialog box opens, then option to Update Variable is not enabled. What am I missing? I would like the variable updated at the same time - so the Titleblock on the Drawing matches the system revision variable. Thank you!
