Ok, I finally found the solution:
- Unmount the vault view (delete all cached files and folders)
- Remount the vault view and keep EPDM client off (right click on EPDM task icon, Quit)
- Backup the "C:\VaultName\desktop.ini" file (hidden) and delete it (the folder must be totally empty)
- Assign a mount point folder path (C:\VaultName\) to a secondary drive
- Restore the "C:\VaultName\desktop.ini"
- Relaunch EPDM (C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Enterprise PDM\EdmServer.exe) client and sync some folders
