    Cannot update SW2016 SP4 to SP5

      When I check for updates it just says that internal error occured and I must download it manually. But I cannot donwload it manually because mySW site says that I have to register my product to access all areas. I have done the registration but the locks does not disappear from customer portal downloads. I have windows 10.




      I just reinstalled my SW because I couldn't open the files from explorer and now the Solidworks does not even show in "default programs" list:



      Neither I couldnt update to 2017 version
