We have a Solidworks 2017 licenses server inside our company's internal LAN and it works well until you have tried to run Solidworks 2017 version outside company LAN but connect to the corporate network via Cisco anyconnect VPN. In this case software just didn't see any license servers BUT if you run Solidworks 2016 version also it will works OK without any issues. It's a very strange situation and I just notice that it maybe a problem with all application using new FlexNet 11.13.* license manager. Because we have the same problems with Siemens SolidEdge 9.
Does anyone have the same problems or maybe know how to fix it?
