All,

SOLIDWORKS World 2017 Top Ten is roaring along, as mentioned in other forums.  We have over 330 ideas as of Nov 5.  We like to see many more!  A couple of years ago, we reached above 900 submitted ideas.  Can we get there again?  Can we bust thru 1000?  I think so, but it may require your help!

We had a lot of great new ideas appear in the Top Ten in the past couple of years.  This is partially because we've implemented about 75% of all ideas that appear in the Top Ten list at SOLIDWORKS World since this program started.  Having many new ideas appear in the Top Ten are also due to many new people participating!  We'd like to continue that trend this year, with many new ideas and new participants.

To these goals, your help will be appreciated.  Please get the word out about this year's Top Ten!  There's a link above (or here: SOLIDWORKS World 2017 Top Ten List ), plus this video on Youtube.  Feel free to re-use blog posts in the SOLIDWORKS World 2017 Top Ten area on your own.  Feel free to promote your favorite ideas too!

One more comment.  We've made a change this year.  We will not just be tracking new ideas.  We've added two ideas to address quality: Focus more on fixing bugs and Substantially increase stability in SOLIDWORKS. These ideas will allow us to track the importance of quality in SOLIDWORKS.  Of course, each year, SOLIDWORKS is heavily focused on quality, but do we need to focus even more heavily?  Let us know!

Much appreciated!
