Could you please solve this simulation and attach files. I dont know how to setup the contact set and boundary condition . I explain more about my project .
I made a stand (for convening N2 bottle ) by sheetmetal and bolted the parts .Now i want to calculate the strength of structure . I attach a video .

The problem with your model was basically contacts. The bolt connectors you defined were lost in translation between you and SW, so to speak. You were telling solidworks "this bolt starts here and ends here" but you didn't tell him "it constrains all this set of faces in between". I just used more connections stating where it started and ended in different parts. Take a look.
Also, if you are using an iterative solver it would fail. Use a Direct solver for this kind of simulation. I'm uploading my modified file to my dropbox. I'll post the link after its done, but it may take a while with my 3rd world country internet that keeps going H-wire.

Just PM me, I don't feel like keep flodding everyones e-mail with many responses to the thread.
I ran the simulation and see this warning . Is it a major or not? I think it is not common to bolt a sheet matal stand .
You could change some bolts with pins, as you are not studing the effects of pre-loads in the simulation. The bodies forces are gonna load up just fine, just don;t rely on SW for the forces on the bolts.
