Sorry I dont know how to do it in one..My first thought was can you do it from a drawing, but I couldnt get it to work. A nice way of scaling sketches is making them into blocks, when you insert them you can choose a scale
I've only done a basic experiment but when you explode the block the dims are updated, its not an ideal answer I know but for a simple case be helpful
edit: forgot to mention you can adjust the scale of an inserted block

I really need it all scaled in one 'click' from in the part and not on the drawing .
I can always just insert geometry after the model has been scaled but it can become messy-

You would need a macro to do that. Check this post and check the two macro posted there
Ian, could I ask why you need to do this? Are you generating CAM from the sketches for some reason?
When you add scale to the model it scales the entire part and all geometry. Sure the initial sketch that created the feature has not been scaled but in essence it has once you have scaled the model. We scale models all the time and generate CAM based off of them without issue every day. We use these models (or STEP/IGES) for everything from CNC Machines to Conventional & Wire EDM. The models have always been key to ensuring the proper geometry has been selected. Much better than the old days of using SmartCAM and MasterCAM on 2D generated AutoCAD type files which required selection of surfaces and manual inputs regarding Z's.
Occasionally we have to post out for some more obscure Water-jet (Magic Tool/Taglio, what a nightmare that program is) Laser and DAC Drill applications. Even then however, a simple 2D drawing saved out as a DXF (or alike format) from our scaled model is just the ticket.

Yes it is to run CAM from tool path instead of using the model- we currently only use it for a few strategies -and use the model surface / edges for the others .
I can always just recreate the line geom after the model has been scaled - but I don't really want to do this .
I think we may have to modify the solid models so we can use the scaled solid for the CAM
It would be nice if there was an option for the sketch geometry to be scaled too.

I'm also not clear why would you want to do this.
You can create tool paths within the CAM software.
