I don't think it's possible to post videos here like you can with photos, but you can view a video here of what I'm seeing: Terrible Graphical Artifacts in SolidWorks - YouTube.  Basically, the parts in the model are not being rendered properly, and when I rotate the model, everything visually jumps all around (although the parts themselves seem to be staying in place).  This makes it very difficult to do much of anything.

My graphics card is a Nvidia Quadro K1200/PCIe/SSE2 with the driver version being 10.18.13.5456.  I am running SolidWorks 2016 Professional on a Windows 7 Dell Precision 3420 tower.

I've submitted a the problem to SolidWorks the their SolidWorks Rx Problem Capture tool, but I wanted to share it here as well to see if anyone else has seen it before.  If SolidWorks replies, I'll update the post with what they have to say.
