Welcome to the forum. Can you please elaborate on your question? If you're asking if you can use the "Convert Entities" command in a 3d sketch, the answer is yes, as Christian Chu said. However, you mentioned features, so I'm not sure that's what you mean.
Glad that you took time for me sir,am working in small scale industry so finding difficulties in solid works.
Well to that 3d sketch(convert entities) when I applied extrude cammand ,its not accepting.please guide me sir
You cannot do a direct extrude from a 3d sketch, there is no plane to extrude from or to with only a 3d sketch. you can do lofts or sweeps between 3d profiles. Or if your 3d sketch is relative to a plane you could convert your sketch entities onto that plane and do an extrude from there.
Its possible to extrude from a 3D sketch IF a reference plane or direction is used. The direction can be a line entity in a sketch.
Would you please explain how you'd extrude from a 3D sketch.
I just tried and couldn't figure out a way - thank you
Edit - You're absolutely right, Chris
Yes, you can extrude from a 3D sketch - see att. file - Make sure to select a direction of extrusion
Great, Christian you beat me to a screenshot!
I think I was a bit to hasty indicating a plane ...
It seems like it might be possible from a plane as well, I just have not played with it enough to figure that out. Apparently it won't take a plane in the direction selection area.
EDIT Oh you did it from a plane, not sure why I messed that up on my end.
