The part is in L Shape and if I am taking edge flange from inner side the after making flat pattern the flanges are intersecting. I have also tried miter flange then also the problem is same.
Kindly provide the solution if anybody is having .

Of what value we should apply the chamfer, can you please share the part ? Moreover while taking on other sides it is working perfect then why we need to provide chamfer in this case.
I used chamfer of 22mm, based on flange length max can be 22.5
It is a simple logic that on other side they are going away from each other while inside they moving towards each other, hence they are interfering.
The reason I want to know is why we need to make it 22mm if it is showing 22.5. Then why we can't take another value or what will be the exact value.

There is no hard fixed rules OR any guide lines. I gave that value with the experience.
