Shortcut to Vault Folder

Is it possible to create a desktop shortcut to a folder inside the PDME vault?

Sure. Just RMB on your desktop and go to New -->shortcut and put in the path to the PDMWE folder you want to create the shortcut for.

While that may work, I've always used the technique described in solution S-08164 in the knowledgebase.
