Greetings everyone.

Craig and I have the following announcement to share with the group about the next meeting.

When: Wednesday December 7th, 2016 from 5:30pm to ~ 9:00pm

Where: Jergens Inc., at 15700 S Waterloo Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44110

A couple of things will make this next meeting unique; it will be held at Jergens Inc. in Cleveland Ohio and we will have the potential to become part of the “Largest User Group Meeting Ever"!

Let’s start with Jergens…Darel Taylor is the Engineering Manager with Jergens Inc, and will do all he can to make our time an awesome experience. Darel will be putting together tours through the facility and from what I’ve seen, it’s pretty impressive. Jergens has been around for over 75 years and has been very supportive to their community with particular attention given to students.

Back in March, Todd Blacksher, the Southern US Representative for SWUGN had the idea of trying to get as many user groups together in one huge meeting. So, on December 7th, as part of our user group meeting, we will join the rest of the user groups around the world who will be taking part in making history. The Simulcast will include a one hour presentation on large assemblies presented by Tom Cote the Central Massachusetts SWUG.

Craig will be following up with an email notification to the entire group to make sure everyone, both on the forums and not, get the invitation. Please send in your RSVPs as soon as possible. It really helps us with planning. We look forward to seeing you all at the next meeting.

ps. Of course there's food and prizes...
