I have a sheet metal assembly. The bottom sheet has been copied via the mirror feature. I want to create edge flanges around the perimeter of the lower sheet. See the file, I have started this. I am running into issues with the edge flange feature when I come up on a bend in the sheet. If you zoom in close to the seams of the edge flanges you will notice a tiny sliver of material that I can't seem to get rid of. I am assuming this is due to the changes made to the edge flange profile. Take a look and let me know the tricks!!!
