I don't believe so. After reviewing your screen shots, though, you should definitely review the video Mark shows in this following thread:
It may fix your problem by using a different way to constrain it to begin with.

I've been using that method to keep curvature continuous...didn't think of using face tangency instead of a reference line.
It looks like you can use the face tangency along with the continuous curvature relation without blowing things up, so I'll give it a try moving forward. One thing that also has seemed to help is deleting the collinear relation between the spline handle and my reference line once my continuous curvature relation is on. The CC relation keeps things constrained after that (which is why I needed the reference geometry in the first place).
