Hello,

Using SolidWorks 2015.

I am having problems with the hole wizard not going through multiple components properly. I am attempting to make an assembly level hole feature to add some tapped threads. The problem is that all instances of the hole are not going through both plates. I've attached a screenshot of the sketch locating the holes.Hole Locations.JPG

As you can see, the instances on the left all go through as expected, and the instances on the right go through the top plate only. (The sketch plane is on the top surface of the top plate, or nearest surface in the image).

I am aware of changing the feature scope, in the hole wizard feature. I've tried Selected Components with both my plates selected, Selected Components with Auto-select turned on, and I've tried All components, all with similar results.

Also, I've tried different end conditions, through all, up to surface, and blind, all with similar results.

Some general information about the sketch; it is a 2D sketch, (I've tried coming from the top and the bottom with similar results). It's symmetrical across both construction lines in the image, but using a mirror in the sketch versus not has the same affect. I've tried different hole types, as well as deleting the entire feature and redoing it, all with the same results, the only difference being different instances work/don't work with no obvious reason.

Thank you.
