SNL License Manager - download location

I just install SW2009 and I need to update the SNL License Manager Program. I have a temporary license file, but I cannot find where to download the SNL License Manager Program.

Could someone provide me the location of the file and where to download it.

  I get a web page with ERROR written on it when I try to access the path you describe. Any other way I can get the SNL Manager downloaded?

I was looking for this too....

When you downlaod and run the 2009 installation manager for SW, you'll have to select the admin image box to be able to download the SNL manager.
