I have been asked to produce some long strips of steel  with rough edges down the sides by a sculptor to give a rustic appearance. He currently produces them by hand cutting 6 mm steel sheets with a gas cutting torch but as the strips can be up to 2.5 metres long it is very time consuming.

I would like to draw say a 50 x 2000 mm rectangle with random serrations down the long sideds which I could then cut on my CNC plasma but I can't work out how to do it and was hoping that someone point me in the right direction.
