Insert sub-assembly

I was wondering if anyone had this problem ever. Not a big one...but quite irritating.

When a want to insert a sub-assembly in another assembly (or part) (Insert components) and try to position it close to the desired destination, it just appears to be there (it is in fact in another place). This becomes obvious when I select Mate and instantly the sub-assembly disappears and I can find it far away from the initial position; it is very difficult to select the desired elements to mate. Interesting is that only with some of the sub-assemblies happens this error.

Does anyone have an idea what could be a solution here?

PS. I just noticed that this problem is caused by an element in the sub-assembly, namely a screw inserted from the standard toolbox. If I, in the sub-assembly, suppress this element, the inserting of this sub-assembly is going normal. If I make this element active, the sub-assembly starts again to jump all-over as I insert it in another assembly/part.
