SolidWorks 2011 on Windows 10......

Does anyone have any experience of trying to run SolidWorks 2011 on Windows 10?

We are still running SW2011 on Windows 7 (across 35 PCs hence the companies reluctance to pay to upgrade the software).

At the end of October, Windows 7 can no longer be bought on a new PC, so any new staff that come along will be using Windows 10.

The new starters will be put on SW2011 as well as we run the same version of the software across the office.

From other posts I've read, I can expect stability issues, crashes and if I run it in compatibility mode, no network.

All of which means we can't work.

I am trying to convince the powers that be that this is the case, but its like head-butting a brick wall.

Is anyone else out there still trying to run ridiculously old software on up to date systems? Does It work? What problems are you experiencing? What can I expect if I have to attempt this?!
