my part is in a rolled back state and I am creating new feature cuts, but they go to the bottom of the feature tree, not to the rolled back position, am I missing an option to prevent this?
What happens if you just let it go to the bottom of the feature tree and then you grab it and move it up to where you want it??
That's what I am forced to do, but its getting to be annoying, I did not have this issue in 2015
I've tried off and on through the day on assemblies and part models but have been unable to replicate your issue. Any chance of posting up a model or at a minimum a screenshot of your Feature Tree before and after?
Additionally, the SW version and service pack your running would be helpful if it was an issue that was present on previous releases.
I know you said "part", but are you accidentally in an assembly? This would be the expected behavior in that case.
