Like so many other people, I am hoping to use "paste as reference" as a tool to track parts affected by ECNs.  I have created my ECN document and paste the modified parts as a reference in that document.  Unfortunately changing the parts will change the sub-assemblies and final assemblies that they are part of, and some are used in multiple assemblies.  Is there any way to have every assembly or part that references the part I am changing included in the "Paste as reference"?  At the moment it appears that I will have to manually find every part in the "where used" tab and copy-paste as reference for each one.
