Converting Thickened Surface to Sheet Metal Part

Hello,

Our architect sent some hull files that he had tweaked for us - he uses Multifurf so the file came back as an .igs file. I was able to use those surfaces to generate the hull plates that we need, however, I have come up short on a method to get the thickened offset surfaces that I have created to convert to sheet metal parts. I'm not running the premium edition of SolidWorks, so I don't have access to the very simple solution of Flatten Surface - I have to find another way to get the parts to flatten out so we can cut them. Of course I don't have a linear edge to use with Insert Bends - and I'm not sure how I would go about creating one from what I have.

I've attached one of the hull plates.

I'm running 2016 x64, SP 2.0, Professional.

Thank you for any suggestions you might have.

Frank.
