Anyone use a good bolts and fasteners library?

Question asked by Brian McEwen on Sep 26, 2016

I still have not tried or SolidParts or 123GO [posted below after testing].   It doesn't seem like any of these have updated their documentation in years.

Here is another I had not noticed before: IDEAL PARTS   But I think it is only metric? (and more costly)

Has anyone tried these? Ideally looking for feedback and comparison. The cost is reasonable for most of them, I just don't want to waste time on one that doesn't work well - and I figure it might take some time to get used to it and figure that out.   I'm on SolidWorks Standard 2016.

One feature I want is the ability to change size (length or diameter ideally) without breaking mates.

I'm a little wary of the configurations approach that SolidParts seems to take. Lots of configs in one file.

McMaster is great and all, but they sometimes have helical threads and I need to spend time cleaning up the model.
