Correct me if I"m wrong but should you have both 32 and 64 DVDs from your VAR?
Can you try to download the x64 bit version of SolidWorks from the Customer Portal?
Could you explain why you would want to do that? Maybe you can do something else to achieve your goals, like getting x64 version of sw. I think license is not assigned to the exact architecture.
I am pretty sure there is no way to run a 32-bit version on a 64-bit system.
