I have a question, solidwork electrical integrated or not with the premium solidwork ?
Electrical schematic is standalone, it integrates to SW only with the 3D add-in.

SolidWorks Premium does have the the Routing add-in which does include wiring, piping, tubing, conduit, etc. - just to muddy the waters

No, Electrical Schematic as well as Electrical 3D are separate license purchases.
