Can I increase the note border line thickness? Attached is a picture where I increased the leader thickness but the border (inspection) has too thin line.
I don't believe you can.
If you wanted to cheat, you can use a balloon instead of a note.
Create std balloon.
chg balloon settings to 1 TO INSPECTION, 2 TO USER DEFINED, 3 TO TEXT (insert text required) "FURN-1" below
reselect balloon and go to tools, options, doc properties, Balloons, chg thickness under leader style and frame style (circled in red)
will get you the balloon above
This will apply to all balloons in the drawing.

That's right, of course. Changing the settings in Document Properties will apply to all balloons. However, it is possible to change those settings for individual balloons. Click on the "More Properties...: button...

Yes this is true.
Seem like you need a custom note which can be added to your dwg via API - similar as the below image where the border line thickness can be customized to the size you want
Thank you all. I am not familiar with API and I have SW Professional. I did not see API in the add-on.
what I meant is a macro can do this task and API is available to any SW license (even standard lic.)
OK. thanks, Christian. I am not familiar with macros but i can give it a try.
