Solid works 2015 Internal error with Register_DocMgrDLL.9FB07B3D_0B7D_4A2F_82AB_F16B1F24912C. Already tried disabling User Account Controls. Any other solution?

    Solution A. Replace Win 10 with Win 7.
    Solution B. Replace SW 2015 with SW 2016.
    Solution C. Google search for another way to spin around...

Try also to run your installation 'As Administrator'

  I'm downloading it from my university. I tried the 2015 first so I could use the Electrical license but since I've tried the 2016 version and have run into the same problem. I have also tried running in administrator.
