Im trying to create a mold for a part and the shut-off surface doesn't seem to shut off all the holes. I have selected all possible holes(squared-rounded) but still it wont close squared one.
Here is the attached file.

X.Men,
I don't think SW can create an automatic shut-off at the multi-level edge (inside shape)
You have to create own surface and place it inside the parting surfaces folder
Need to remove the small triangle shape surface and add to core surfaces (modify the draft angle)
Now you can create a sketch and split into core and cavity
Thank you John, and since I'm new to solidworks I do not know much things. Mold is kind of new level. I have removed the chamfer but that makes me feel it is no more strong after removing. It is no problem though. And I thought about creating surface but I do not know how and which feature to use. I tried planner surface but failed. Could you please explain a bit more? That would be very nice.
