I'm wondering how to dimension where the intersection is of two lines that have been filleted.  I received this drawing today that could only be properly reproduced if this given dimension is the intersection of the two lines prior to the fillet, unless the expectation is for you to draw 2 arbitrary line lengths, radius the fillet appropriately, then dimension the sketch properly using the center of that fillet radius.  What is the standard practice for these situations and if it is to dimension the intersection location, how is that typically done?  Thank you.
