Several of our workstations show that the graphics card drivers have been "updated" with an older version of the driver.
Has anyone got an answer as to how that could have happened?
The latest driver is not necessarily the "best" in the eyes of SW. I would suggest checking the latest SW recommended drive for your system. Do that by choosing "hardware" on the SW Customer Portal and specifying your system. You can also get good assistance by using SolidWorks RX and choosing the diagnostics tab. SolidWorks RX is opened by navigating the start menu to the SW folder, then SW tools and selecting SolidWorks Rx.
I should have added that the 15.201.2401 is the one that is certified by SW, and that is the version I installed manually.
Somehow the driver was changed to 15.200.1045 without anyone explicitly installing that version. It also does not show up in the windows update history.
