I would forward to whoever your VAR is for SolidWorks and get them to get a support case going for you so that they can start working on the issue.
Scott Ellery is correct. The VAR (company from which you bought SW) is the go-between. You raise the concern/problem to them then they either solve it or send it up to SW.
